Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of ClearSky Cleaning Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

ClearSky Cleaning provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Medical office cleaning
  • Corporate office cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Residential cleaning
  • Specialized cleaning services

Service Agreements

All cleaning services are provided subject to:

  • Written or verbal service agreements specifying scope, frequency, and pricing
  • Client's provision of access to facilities at agreed-upon times
  • Client's responsibility to secure valuables and sensitive information
  • Compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services:

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Pricing is based on square footage, frequency, and specific service requirements
  • Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
  • Late payment may result in service suspension or termination
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies:

  • 24-hour notice required for service cancellation or rescheduling
  • Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Regular service agreements may be terminated with 30 days written notice
  • We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment or breach of agreement

Liability and Insurance

ClearSky Cleaning maintains:

  • Comprehensive general liability insurance
  • Workers' compensation insurance
  • Bonding for all employees
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided
  • We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured by the client

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and accessible work environments
  • Securing valuables, sensitive documents, and personal items
  • Notifying us of any hazards, special requirements, or access restrictions
  • Providing necessary keys, access codes, or security clearances
  • Ensuring our staff can work without interference

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ClearSky Cleaning Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearSky Cleaning Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
